If you are not satisfied with your Notevio Pro subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at andersgeko+notevio@gmail.com with your order details and we will help.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Renewals and cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page inside Notevio or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
For renewal charges (after your first period), refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend to keep, contact us — we're reasonable.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback; we can almost always resolve issues faster directly.
